Hey,
I paid for and downloaded a version of version VDJ 7 Pro_full at the end of last year via the internet.
As I've just started getting more involved with the forums I'd like to enter my serial number into my profile, but I can't find it anywhere (my Hercules was on the box) -
I searched the install folder in "C:programs" for a Pro 7 serial but could not find it anywhere.
I also looked in the "config" section of the actual program.
I'm desperately hoping it was not in the email I sent to me because I no longer use that email account or have access.
Is there somewhere in the program I can find the serial number for my software?
It's not a big deal I guess, it's just for my proile on the forums, but I'd rather be rated "pro" user than "limited".. :)

just send in a ticket to support with as much information to verify the purchase and they can give you the serial again. http://www.virtualdj.com/contact/index.html

It's actually quite a big deal because it will stop you getting updates and plugins too. The serial is indeed sent via email, but if you contact support they will be able to help.

It seems odd to me that it's not somewhere in the install folder or in the actual software, as I'm sure you can only register it once.
My own fault for not copying it and saving it in notepad in the install folder.
