i have a hercules rmx and the virtual dj 5 le edition that comes with the controller. the other day i decided to use the free 20 day virtual dj pro trial and then the hercules rmx just changed the configuration so now the headphone cue adjusts the volume coming from the speakers, the main volume fader does nothing, when i press the headphone cue for side a and side b the volume changes etc.. can i fix up this without buying any software etc?
also, do you get a discount on the virtual dj broadcaster software if you already have virtual dj le (with product key) or does the discount only apply to virtual dj pro?

Make sure that your Sound setup is ...
Inputs ..None
Outputs..Headphones (Master 1,2 /Headphones 3,4)
Sound Cards ..Hercules RMX
..and speakers are connected to master outputs 1,2 of your RMX.
We offer an upgrade from the LE version you have to Pro Full version only. To receive that discount visit this page and enter your Le serial number (key)
Note also that Broadcaster and Basic versions do not support midi controllers and will not work with your RMX. You need to upgrade to Pro Full version or just use your LE version after those 20days expire.

You need to click the config button up the top right hand side of screen, then select the sound setup tab.
