I can only use Advanced on my Gigaport HD. That said, I am unable to tell Preview to use the 3rd channel. Only decks 1 & 2 and automatic.
Is there another way?

Do you use an external mixer ? Why do you need an extra 3rd stereo output channel for your headphones (preview)?
Automatic means that Preview is going to be routed to Headphones channel. Output 1 and Output 2 are your only options according to your sound card i guess.

Ok, I used the 3 ch setup for some time now.
Using the ESI drivers, VDJ will not see the multi as a multi device - everything plays on 1&2. ASIO, not a problem.
So I need to use the advanced setup. But in the original 3ch, the sampler and preview shared the same out.
If headphone/preview is/are same, then I can use that, I think. :)
