just a rant and I know that many of you use them for your supplier resource but I am done with them. Made my first order from them last week on Tuesday only because of how many people here say how good they are. I was speaking with one of their people and asked specifically if they had the item in stock. He stated yes so I placed the order and submitted payment. On thursday I get an email stating they didn't have it in stock, WTH? They could replace it with another item that was $10.00 cheaper or they could refund my money. Well I gave them another chance and ordered the other item along with another item they gave me a good deal on for the trouble. I thought ok, this is alright they are going to give me a good deal on a piece of equipment for my trouble.
Since then I have not had any returned emails or tracking information. I have sent three emails and no return communications. Guess I will go back to ole reliable supplier! :)

To add to this I just found out that I was lied to again. They stated that the "Second" case Silver and black was in stock and would ship on Friday. Well today is Tuesday and it just shipped from Odyssey in California which means it was not in stock!!!
And the item that they made me such a good deal on wasn't in stock either, shipped directly from Chauvet. No shipping tracking numbers on any of the items, so as of now WHO KNOWS IF IT SHIPPED OR NOT!!!
