Nothing and everything. The question is subjective. I prefer Coke to Pepsi.

The glowing apple logo will give you mad street credit with other superfluous dj's of the world.

Booth Pc and mac is good but a Mac has a lower latecity level than a computer thats tweaked running windows XP.

Get back with us about 3 months and you will see which is better for Dj w/VDj.The video effects & transition need some love ,but the music ,sound card and the controller work much better then a PC 4 Me. I have save some $$$$ & headache with a Mac.Apple gives you a lot of bell and whistle, but I buy only what I need to Dj.
Take Time To Know Your Mac before you use VDj on it(you all really know how to use VDj)

we dont use an operating system anymore - we've cloned chuck's brain and hardwired it in. everything works better now.

I have both and both with VDJ installed. Win7 offers better effects than the MAC version and there is more plugins available. Other than that I prefer my MAC. Its Stable, fast and just easier to use to me.
Its totally a matter of preference but MAC is my main rig and the WIN7 is backup.
Now outside of VDJ I prefer MAC for ALMOST everything BUT I do have Win7 installed on Parallels on my MAC just because there are still some apps out there that are not avaiilable for OSX.

If you want to get a Mac, All you have to do is just Boot Camp it. I Recomend a 32 bit OS.
