hi guys, im in need of some help here. is there a way to refresh your playlists.
by refresh i mean, my external drive shows up as H: in one machin and G: in the other.
i decided this was wrong and changed the drive letter on one machine to match the other. however now ive done so my play lists areall messed up and constantly put up errors for missing files.
what i want to know is fi theres an easy way to refresh the playlist to automatically relocate the files under the new drive letter?

edit your playlist and change the DRIVE PATH to the right one.
rename the .M3U to .TXT so you can open with notepad, worpad, texpad or something similar. then rename it back to M3U when done.
hope this helps.

its ok, i fixed it a different way. i noticed i only had 2 play lists on my netbook. so i just bit the bullet and deleted them. they probably wouldnt get used anyway. then i labelled my hdd as it was onmy mani rig. H:
thanks for your help though, ill defof keep that in mind. if there was more than 2 playlists on the netbook i would have used your method as it was pretty sweet.
its a great trick.
