I have the Hercules Rmx that I have been using on my desktop computer, but it's down so I thought that I would you it on my laptop. I made sure that the version of Virtual dj was updated with the latest version. I plugged it in and everything seem too work, but when it came time for me too cue up the next song I couldn't hear anything out of my headphone. I went in to config. too check things out and everything was ok. I tried using my headphone on my ipod and they worked just fine. What is it that I am missing, what I'm I not doing right? Help Please!
When I'm in config. I have the Input as none, Output as single output, & sound card it's the Hercules Rmx. This is how I had it set up for my computer, but I also have a sound card on it as well. What I don't understand is, that I bought a Hercules MK2 when I was away from my home for six months and it worked with no problem at all. Now that my computer is out and I've tried too use the MK2 & the Rmx I can't get anything out of the headphones. Everything else works it's just no sound out of my headphones.

have a look at the output options again, you cant miss it..

Your sound settings are incorrect - Single Output means just that - One output (Master only) with no headphone pre-listening.
