Check your sound card settings, make sure its hooked up right.

Try reconnected the dedicated hardware/sound-card w/VDj open then go in setting and set it to your CP sound card before you unhook your hardware/sound-card.

just check in vdj sound set up for correct selection of the model of your sound card or else check your device manger in sound drivers if your sound card drivers are being installed properly, un install it and plug your sound card again to install its driver...i experience like this kind of problem hope it will help.. i get this message if ive not connected my usb soundcard for my headphones. before i open vdj, you have a setting wrong somewhere. any chance of a screen print?
