ALSO WHAT AMP COULD I GET AWAY WITH TO POWER RMS 250 500 WATTS PER SPEAKER?

think you answered your own question.
all you need to do is check the wrs/watt of each speakrs and then you get an amp to match this.
just be carefull you dont get an amp with way more power than your speakers or you will fry them.
im sure more tecnichal guys will also give a total answer to this but this is my broken down answer.
my setup runs perfect off each other but i will never push my equipment to much.
another thing is enough sound for the crowd your going to be playing to.
your sperkers that you mentioned are for small venues so dont push them at a big venue unless you daisy chain from proper amp.

I've never heard of 150w pa speakers, my horns are 200w alone.
