hi

Traktor got a combination with Audio 4,6,8 and 10 with TSP or TSD....Scratch Live got one with Rane SL1,SL2,SL3 and SL4....as we know these systems are really powerful........

but what is the combination to Virtual Dj.....is it with Numark Virtual Vinyl.....or with Hercules Dj Trim.........

however i cant see such a system like the above companies from VDJ to go.......but need one.......

That's cause the key to VDJ is versatility rather the exclusive proprietary products. You can use just about any soundcard out there including Native Instruments and Rane.

I'd like to see Serato do that.
 
X is right, there's really no point when we can use almost anything........atleast with Traktor you could use the onboard soundcard and as for Serato, well good luck if you box takes a turd in the middle of a gig.

truly u guys are wiser than me.but tell you what.but that vdj versatility is not performing like Traktor and Serato......i buy a Audio 8 dj went with VDJ but sound dropping and high latency is there.i believe that my laptop is never gonna do that.i thoot mac will do.but i brought Traktor time codes and went with Traktor.i have no words to explain how awesome the system is.working like a champion.now i know my laptop is way more enouf.

i was also like to believe that take the best soundcard out there and take the best software out there and syn them.but i see that they still diddnt performing like a package that Traktor and SL have...........
 
Well I'd say you needed to tweak your system some more.......I run an SL3 at 5 ms in the latency setting and I run my Audio 8 lower then that on a Vista machine using Numark timecodes with video. I've had Serato fanboys come over and cut and they can't tell the difference. That's thing with VDJ , its all in the settings. If you don't take the time to properly set it up it'll never work right.

It's more then just having a powerful laptop........
