Hi to all virtualdj friends
I have one problem with my external usb midi/audio controler, Hercules RMX for a few weeks now..
i used to play music with configuration on virtual for sound
''output Headphones''
''Master 3/4 channel Headphones 1/2 channel ''
And suddenly my master output plays like be in Headphones ... so i have both in master and headphones the same output.. so if i load a track to the one deck stops play music as it turns to PL
If now i place in the configuration
''Master 1/2 channel Headphones 3/4 channel '' then it works fine.. i have normal output and headphones work fine...
I repeat that this start happen few weeks ago and until then all working fine..
Is a hardware problem?? ( i think so.... )
Any suggestion ?
(ok i have find the solution with change configurations as i told.. but i am afraid if in the future get the same problem and with this setup and cant play music in the bar i am working...)
Also i have to mention that the problem was still there and after a fresh windows installation and fresh virtual dj installation
Thanks in advance
ps : the system i have is windows 7 home edition
icore 3 cpu 4 giga ram and the last edition of virtual dj

Channels 3&4 of the RMX are hardwired to the headphone output sockets.
It will only work correctly if you configure it for Master 1&2 / Headphones 3&4, then connect your master output to outputs 1&2 on the back and your headphones to the headphone socket.
Please see: http://www.virtualdj.com/wiki/RMX.html
The outputs 3&4 on the back are for use with an external DJ mixer (Left deck via outputs 1&2 and right via 3&4)
