When I click to select the types of files to display in the search results I used to see options like "Music Videos", "Karaoke", but now i only see Prelisten and Cover.
Was that a change in the software somewhere along the lines, or is there an option I'm missing?

You have probably disabled the video engine in CONFIG -> Video.
If you do this, VirtualDJ cannot decode or load videos or karaoke, so these will be hidden in the browser and search results.

That could be it. I do have it disabled right now. I will enable tonight and check.
