If I am showing channel one on the main output video screen, and I put a video on channel two, it starts to show on the main output video screen even though I have not touched the cross fader. I am using VDJ in external mode with Timecode Cd's. I appreciate any help that you guys can give me. Thanks in advance.

Have you tried the setup wizard in prefs?

Disable the auto-crossfade (auto transition) and try again. :)

Yes I have tried both the set up wizard and disabling the auto cross fade. Still no luck!
