when i use my home Desktop got this error message

if i push OK the softwere rise up and the message disappear, try to install VDJ again but the problem still there

Have you installed Samsung Kies perchance?

In that case you will have to do a system restore to before you installed Kies. It screws your system up and uninstalling does not sort the problem.
