I been having a problem with my HDMI splitter. at least once or twice a year mine goes bad, I'm just wondering what would make a spliter fry. is there a better brand name to buy?

Are you using one that splits the HDMI output from your computer to RCA? Or one that splits the HDMI output into multiple HDMI outputs?
