Virtual Dj Music Scearch IS DOWN!!!:(
I know Y i got a Party Toommorow ??? Plz Help :(

So noticed my membership payment was scheduled to renew on Feb 23rd, 2012. Today is the 24th and there was no renewal from SWREG. So I cancelled the membership thinking I would renew and fix this mess. No such luck! Now when I try to renew it brings me to SWREG (Digital River) and the page only shows "NO SHOP INFORMATION LOADED"!

So that is broken too!!! Great!! Friday Night, big weekend and NETSEARCH IS TOAST! What a great deal this is!! Good luck getting ahold of Support until Monday...Right?

For the fun of it I created a new account on VDJ. That does not work either. This sucks A**!

i know bro I have three Partys Know What Yup Cant do em now Wow Thx Alot Virtual Dj F***ing up my carrer

if you depend on that service to do all your gigs, you should consider another "carrer"...

Net search should be considered as a backup solution with cache. No-one should be relying on the service for live gigs.

I'm sure Atomix are aware of the problem and actively working on a fix. Websites and servers can never be considered 100% reliable.

Please guys for anyone having a problem with netsearch please submit a ticket This way we can take care of you in a timely basis. We have guys in the lab standing by ready to help.

Ticket 177009 is the ticket which was submitted Friday 10:30pm Central Time. So much for having guys in the lab "Standing By". I have not heard a word.

As for the smart A** answer from djrasza: "if you depend on that service to do all your gigs, you should consider another "carrer"..." ,you should consider going back to school and learning how to spell! Then you could do some reading and educate yourself to the point where you will be able to understand that Netsearch is an important tool used to provide customers with the ability to make requests that a DJ may not have available to him/her otherwise. This impresses the customer and provides for a better reputation. A good reputation allows a DJ to obtain references which in turn allow the DJ to get more customers and charge more for an event. But you will not be able to understand all that until you can spell words like "Career" and figure out how to capitalize sentences.

I understand your frustration. Please relax. One thing we will not tolerate, however, is personal confrontations. Please be polite and respectful on these forums.

My netsearch isn't down, I search for songs, I get the songs and I play the songs ;)
Just tried it 5 minutes ago...

The the issue was resolved.

Wow you are off the rocker...

I did go to school, I have a diploma for Audio Engineering and Music Production, but thanks for your suggestion.
I prefer to impress my clients with my talent and knowledge, that has been my reputation for the last 15 years, tried Netsearch and haven't had the need for it so im certain a dj should be able to work without it.
