What virtual DJ software is compatible with the Numark NS6 ???

Guys, im new to this whole new VDJ thing.....any help/advice would be appreciated.
 
Virtual DJ is working very good with NS6 - love it
 
 
In relation to the NS6, I was playing with it at Guitar Center over the weekend. Guitar Center had it hooked up with Serato Itch. When I triggered the FX, I noticed that the sound was very tinny (not sure how else to describe it). The effects did not sound like normal effects, they really sounded computer generated. When using the NS6 with VDJ, does it use the VDJ effects processors or processors in the NS6? I use lots of effects when I mix (LPF, HPF, delay, etc) and am very happy with VDJ's effects processor and want to make sure if I invest the money in an NS6 I will not lose any of VDJ's functionality. Thanks for any help.
 
Works great with virtual dj pro, effects sound normal to me.
 
I do have some issue with the effects. I use to use the Echo V2 effect a lot and now with the NS6 it does sound weird. I haven't really tried it with the other effects so I can't say for sure if those are different as well.

The NS6 does not have built in effects - it will always use the software's effects. So, Yes - you will still be able to use hat you are already use to.
 
VDJ 7.05 works well with the NS6. All buttons works. Can't speak for the effects as I rarely use them. Maybe just a Flange here and there, and that works great.
 
I recently purchased VDJ Pro... I cant get my headphones to work with my NS6. Also, effects button on my NS6 not working like it should either.... Am i doing something wrong ????

Any help ??
 
Am i supposed to do anything before I start using it with my NS6 ???

i have a dumb question ? i love my NS7 but its just getting 2 darn heavy 2 lug around by myself. so ive been looking into buying the NS6 (BUT) i see alot of complaints on the serato user forums about if your only using 2decks you can hide the other 2 not being used. there 4 having wasted space. so my question iz will all that not be a problem with VDJ ? thanx sorry if my question iz confusing.

No, this would not be a problem since you can select the skin you want to use be it a 2 deck or 4 deck skin. I did notice the 4 decks on itch but to be honest with you it never bothered me. I guess it would bother me if I had a smaller screen on my laptop.
 
How hard is it to go from itch to Virtual DJ (pro) on the NS6? I love the simplicity of Virtual Dj and want to use it instead of Itch...
 
I cant control the effects using my NS6 and when i try to video mix it keeps hanging after 2 seconds of play then plays for 2 seconds. Are there video setting an supposed to set. help please. am just new to this software..
 
You should register your serial number and check for updates on your version first.

Ok i have already registered. Now assist on how to use video mix and how to record a video. Hope am not gonna be forced to buy another video convert software
