Topic: Virtual DJ FREEZING

NEED help! Using Hercules RMX and Virtual DJ 5 with HP Pavillion laptop, it is 64 bit windows7, AMD pheom11 N930 Quad-Core Processor 2.00 GHz with 325 GB free space on Hard Drive. When mixing, it freezes up while loading a song onto one of the decks....sometimes every 5 minutes, sometimes every hour or so. I've seen SO many people posting about this issue, and all different responses. I thought maybe I needed to get a MAC, but it looks like some people have this same problem on MACs too. Not sure if my computer just isn't built for this kind of thing, or if I should get a different program and/or console. I'm willing to spend some money to solve the problem, but since I don't know what the source of the problem is, I don't know what I need to buy! PLEASE HELP!!! And....I am a girl who doesn't have much computer technical knowledge, so I'll need easy-to-understand explainations and advice :)

1) You should register your Hercules RMX serial number on your profile.
2) After doing so you should check your download center. You should download and install the latest version that's available for your controller.
If the problem persists please ask again.

PS: By registering your Hercules RMX console you are entitled to a discount (I believe it's 50%) to upgrade to VirtualDj 7 PRO Full at any time and recieve all future updates for free...
