Hey there,
i posted earlier asking about the issue- i DO NOT have any of the newest versions that you have for sale (i own older versions)- if i buy the newest virtual dj 7.0.5 pro, install it and run it- will this fix my issues? i have an older version that ive used updates from numark for but like i said they dont work.This was not a purchased issue of vdj they were always issued to me by the company i baught the dj controller from. I want the newest , most improved version with no ties and am willing to buy it BUT i would like to make sure it will work! i realised recently i was testing the virtual dj pro trial from within my le version 6.0. I now would rather have the newest version and my own copy of it. please let me know if un_installing every vdj program from my computer and than buying the newest version will work!

What you need to do is tell us exactly which version(s) of VDJ you do already have.
Saying "I have old versions" is not enough.
If they're LE, state which controller they came with, and which version they are - not just v6, v5 etc. but all the digits.
If any are the Full Pro version then again, state which version.
Also, if you register the serial numbers here, then you will be able to download updates.
Updates are always free.

You need to follow this guide:

This will fix this issue for LE users. If it doesn't then you probably haven't followed it correctly ;)
