Hi there! I've been searching for a solution for days now without any results so decided to post a thread here.
I recently bought a Gemini cntrl-2 from Pixmania and it worked like a charm. But then i discovered a strange issue.
I have one cheap USB-soundcard for the headphones that I have used for a while now without any problems and my main speakers are plugged in to my laptops built in soundcard. But now everytime I plug in my new controller and use it for about 2 minutes the sound disappears from my usb-soundcard. I tried to just plug in the controller and only mix with my keyboard and mouse and then it works all fine. But as soon as i touch some buttons on the controller the sound disappears again. The soundcard is still active and fully working and its only in Virtual DJ the sound disappears. When i restart virtual DJ the sound works again without doing anything else.
Please help me! Do I have to buy a new controller or can i fix this issue?
I have the latest VDJ installed!
