Skins and other add-ons are not available to unlicensed users. You will need to purchase VirtualDJ to be able to download and install custom skins: http://www.virtualdj.com/products/comparison.html
If you have already purchased, please register your serial number on your profile page: http://www.virtualdj.com/users/edit.html
Once you have done this, you can then download custom skins from http://www.virtualdj.com/addons/skins.html - These normally come with an installer that will install the skin for you.
If you want to revert the software back to its original skin, simply re-install VirtualDJ again or delete the skin file. Please see: http://www.virtualdj.com/wiki/Revert%20back%20to%20Default%20Skin.html
