Hey guys, hope this isn't considered as spam but i have started a facebook group for people who are tired of the DJ elite telling them they aren't 'propper' DJs and pricing out the competition. DJing is not a private club, so at MIDI Warriors we aim to share opinions and info on the latest controllerism and laptop DJ tech, and help each other try and expand the art we love! Check in and join to share tech reviews, cool apps, articles and general MIDI related stuff!

Find us at: http://www.facebook.com/groups/405907712768317/

MIDI Warriors

A group for DJs who believe mixing and DJing are about more than just beat matching. If your sick of the DJ elite trying to price everyone out of the game by insisting on 2 grand setups, and believe that good DJing is about the crowd having a great time and listening to great music, then join us in the 21st century as we move on and celebrate the humble MIDI controller.

This group celebrates all things MIDI - DJ related, and we are proud to say we use modern technology to improve our performance and better our artform. DJing is for everyone not just the elite, so if you agree that its time to move along with technology and stop being a pretentious poser, then come join us and help save our scene from ppl who use it as a vanity parade - MIDI Warriors: Unite!

@ Primo. You are Hijacking Ilandjs post. When it comes to Equipment, People buy expensive setups because they like the way it feels. I have two denon 3900's a and a TTM 57 sl mixer and No Midi controller gives me the same feel. I can rock out with any midi controller but, i cant get more loose with my main setup. Pioneer cdjs are very popular because it feels great mixing on them just like Many djs that love using Technics 1200's at the clubs.

No point leaving this one open when we already have a thread dedicated to VDJ8
