Hi all,
I am considering buying a Denon or Stanton controller I have Virtual DJ Pro Basic, I know the controllers ship with Virtual DJ LE. I am hoping that I don't have to install the LE version then upgrade to Pro. Will the controller know that I already have the Pro Basic version and work out of the box without having to install any new software?

Hi Steve
Pro Basic does not support controllers. You will need to upgrade to Pro FULL

VDJ LE that will be bundled with your controller will support it, but it will have limited functionality.
VDJ PRO Basic will have full functionality, but it will not support your controller.
The only way you can combine these two together is to upgrade to VDJ PRO Full.
You will be entitled to a discount in order to upgrade due to the LE version. Perhaps you could also contact support before your purchace/upgrade to PRO Full to see if they can give you an extra discount because of PRO Basic.

AFAIK by default when you upgrade VDJ sales system takes into consideration the product that will give you the bigger discount. Good Luck!
