hello I wanted to know how do you install skins for virtual dj console hercules rmx 2 ... thank you!

Skins are only available to licensed users of Virtual DJ who have registered their serial number on this site.

They are not available to Home Editon (FREE) users.

im not even a rmx 2 user but love seeing when stuff comes out awesome..

Hi DjDad,

I was wondering if you could advise me how to get the RMX2 Skin. I am using Virtual Dj LE.

I Also wonder if you can advise me on how I add new effects to my velocity pads....I'm new to Virtual Dj and The RMX2

Skins and effects are only available to Pro license holders.

They are not available to LE licenses unfortunately.

Came here for this exact same question. I use the skin for v7 and would love an updated version for v8!

What are the problems when it's used with VDJ 8?

Maybe if you provide some info, one of us could tell you what needs to be modified.

The RMX2 skin has been written from scratch.. both the xml and the graphics file. There will be a new RMX2 skin in a couple of days (hopefully).

Almost there..

The skin will offer...
- Option to Hide title/artist etc
- Option to show cover on deck, jogwheel or none
- Option to select the style of the progress bar (default, Cue points marker on songpos or Pioneer style)
- Option to choose the color of the waveform (same option as from the Settings)
and a few others..



Top Bar (Sandbox, Record button and record info)
