I know I posted this question a long time ago but I couldnt find it any where so I guess I just am gonna ask it again. I record my mixes and I want to put them on a CD. I use the WINDOWS MEDIA PLAYER to burn it. I click and drag all my mixes on the side bar then click on burn it all shows like it's burning and it does do it cause I can play it back on my computer but not in my vehicle and I use to do this all the time I just vaguely remember I thought some onre said I couldn't use WINDOWS MEDIA PLAYER but I may be wrong. Is there something I am missing like I said it plays on my computer just not my car stereo

There is an option on WMP in settings about burning, I can't remember where it is. But, if you find the settings and you see anything that says
'keep session open" click or change it so that it reads "close session"
Also, maybe you should d/l some other free program to burn, there are tons for windows that are free and great. Just do a google search for "cd burning freeware"
or just use iTunes.
In iTunes it's very simple, make a playlist with your mixes. Then right click in said playlist and click "burn to disc" provided you've already inserted a blank disc in your drive.
Then the options are simple, either mp3, data or Audio CD.
