ok,
so I have certain equipment already at my disposal.
Hercules Steel

Behringer NOX303 3-channel mixer with USB support.

So my question is:
is it possible to somehow wire all this up so I can mix tracks on laptop with VDJ via Hercules, then switch to vinyl. back and forth?
I can easily send the audio out from laptop to one of the channels on the mixer, but how do I have headphone cue from the laptop when mixing digital AND from the mixer when mixing vinyl?
I doubt the USB connect on the NOX303 supports BOTH the main signal and the cue from the laptop.
The only thing I can come up with right now is external soundcard for the laptop for master/cue separation, and then have the headphones on a switch for vinyl vs. digital cue.
Has anybody else figured this out, or is my mixer just not the right equipment for this setup?
Also, I don't have the external soundcard YET, so if it makes a difference, I can buy whatever is needed, if it matters to this problem.

follow up question:
am I destined to have terrible latency problems trying to mix between digital and vinyl? (regardless of how the headphone cue issue is resolved)?
