What is the best way to setup my mic with my PA system I have to mess with my music level a lot when i want to talk and i see other djs that dont do anything and it sounds great I have a sure wireless setup and i use JBL PRX speakers is that helps

There is no "best way".
There are many variables involved, such as the pitch & tone of your voice, the frequency response of the mic you're using, the accuracy of the mic stage in your DJ mixer, whether you've applied EQ to the mic, how you're holding it, the speakers you're using, the room acoustics, the music you're playing.....and on and on.
If you want to sound clear and be heard easily, as a general starting point I would suggest EQing out the bass (because when you talk close into a mic - as most DJs do - bass is emphasised), boosting the highs slightly to aid clarity, then dip the music each time you speak.
