i have mentioned this on occasion before
i have a mini collection of soniques (25) ,(i'll provide a list of which ones if there is any interest) culled from the
72 available at the effects download page..... and culled from the 25 are 10 or 11 that i call the best of soniques
i have replaced my soniques folder with the content above , which you can easily do also
i also took the idea above a step further and took the "best of " folder and set it to slideshow and recorded it for
a 30 min length, which is real handy to drop in the clipbank .....
so gimme a shout here or by pm if you would like a copy of either of the 2 folders or of the video clip....

it's not avi.... it's wmv and it's 15 min for youtube .....

Ha love the treadmill clip.
I have a small criticism for the sonique file. The movie file you created is fairly poor quality at 15fps and only 176x144 res and 400 bitrate. Can you output at better quality? 30fps 640x480 2500+ bitrate in .h264 (mp4) is pretty much bare minimum for acceptable quality level these days.

i still haven't found a way to upload the 2 folders ?? or email them, so i am working on those items
i tested the sendspace and it works, it will try to get you to download there download manager , just ignore

To make your own copy do this......make a folder named soniques 2 , soniques best of, etc., drop it into your current
VDJ plugins folder (my documents/VDJ/plugins/video effect) and populate the folder with either the short list or the long list
of the soniques....just copy and paste the files into the new folder..... under the effects tab navigate to soniques and in the player
adjust the length of the slideshow to taste......set the transparency all the way to the left (unless you are superimposing it on something else)
(also if necessary unclick the default selection in config box in the video tab.....in other words the "use this plug in for audio only files")
next go to the record tab and record the playback to the length you want....
