I have a hercules mk4 and i have a dell computer and when i try to installed the virtual dj crash and shot down the computer and that happend every time i try to load the virtual dj with the hercules i though it was my computer but i try it in my other and it works and im tired of turning on everytime i wanna try the mk4 it crash so im tored if is any solution to that let me know pliz

Please register your VirtualDJ LE serial number on the page http://www.virtualdj.com/download/updates.html and then download and install the most recent version of VirtualDJ LE/Console Edition from the Download Center: http://www.virtualdj.com/download/updates.html
Also, make sure that you have downloaded and installed the latest drivers and firmware for the MK4: http://www.virtualdj.com/wiki/Common%20Device%20Drivers.html
