If I have something written in the text video effect, then switch it to say clip bank, and then go back to text...what ever I typed in is erased and I have to re-type it. Is there a way to save the text so it remains while switching through the effects? I guess I could always just copy and paste, but thats a pain.

only time i've had issues like that was with activating effects in certain orders - text didnt really go away it was just hidden by an other effect in use.
which effects were you using? specifics will help with answers.
