when projecting a music video the image on deck a is different to to master deck and not showing all the image . how can I set them the same please help

In Config->Video tab there are 2 settings ..
Keep Ratio (Full) and Keep Ratio (Crop)
If both are disabled the video output is zoomed (stretched), if one of them is enabled the video keeps its ratio (16:9) or (4:5) by adding bars or cropping the video.
