Sounds like your PC has a virus. This type of behaviour would not be associated with the BPM scan in Virtual DJ.

it says that I need to update my windowts 7 but I dont want it to go on the net in the first place

Sounds like Keith is right. Using another PC, download and run this program. http://www.mcafee.com/us/downloads/free-tools/stinger.aspx Using a thumb driver, bring that program to the infected PC, and run it.
