Hi everyone, I bought Reloop Terminal Mix 4 and I mapped it with VJ, but I dont know how to change the effects, for example current effects of the controller are backspin, break and beatgrid, but I want to put reverb instead one of them. Is it possible?

Hold down SHIFT and press the appropriate FX button to choose the assigned effect.
You will find this easier if you click on the EFFECTS tab of the skin, so you are viewing the list of effects rather than the song browser.

I have a Reloop Terminal Mix 4. I was wondering how do you add/change your samples??

If you are using VirtualDJ LE for Reloop Terminal Mix 4 then unfortunately this is not possible (Except during the 20 day trial of the full VirtualDJ Pro) because VirtualDJ LE is limited software (See comparison.) VirtualDJ LE only supports temporarily recording samples on the fly (These cannot be saved.)
To be able to load/save custom samples, use custom skins and effect plugins and much, much more, you will need to upgrade to the full VirtualDJ Professional at a discount: http://www.virtualdj.com/buy/index.html
