I was wondering if there is anyway to add my track database to my external hd. This way i could plug my hd into someone else's laptop and have vdj read all my tracks info (cue points, bpm, ect)?

If the songs are already on the external drive, the database file will be on the root of the drive by default.
It's designed that way so external drives are plug and play with VirtualDJ. Just plug it in to the other machine and all your songs will be in the DB.
