I've been using it for the last 2 weeks. But can does anyone mind telling me if it's possible to PAUSE a song on the deck? Its been a pain setting up my cue points without a pause.

Thank you for the compliment.
If you look in the Help page of the skin, you will see that there is a button to switch the mode Numark to Pioneer mode. Select the Pioneer mode (green button) and you get a real play/pause button.

it is ultimately impossible. If I reduced the resolution we will not be able to read the text and the buttons are too small.

This was well before I completing the skin and found that it was impossible that I wrote this ...I tested other resolution but it was not usable

I do not understand what you mean, but it is not possible to make smaller than 1540x1080 for simple version and 1920x1080 for the version with the pad.
You can try with the Skin Resizer Tool from Jeremk, but you will see that everything becomes unreadable.
