Hi Numark. Is "Cue" a trade mark name?
Just because I saw a Cadillac SUV commercial tonight and they call their new on board media system "Cue".
Thought you might be interested.

One can search Trademark's via the USPTO database http://www.uspto.gov/trademarks/process/search/
"Cadillac Cue" is registered to General Motors but "Cue" itself is licensed to someone else.

You addressed your original post as "Hi Numark" ... we are not Numark.
You brought up a copyright/trademark issue .... wish is not our concern since it isn't our trademark/copyright.
So, sure you can discuss the Cue software and its functionality here on our forums since we produce the product for Numark.
But your question/concern has nothing to do with the functionality or use of the product. So, you may want to contact Numark about that issue.
Btw, I closed your non-licensed account since you already have a registered account.
