Sorry, can't see a reference to this in the manual. How do I cancel my license on one laptop before transferring VDJ to another laptop?

Just uninstall vdj using uninstall everything option, you can download the latest version for your new computer right here from your "download Center" the serial key is there for you as well, install and you be good to go. :)

If both laptops belong to you, then yes, you can simply install VirtualDJ on the second laptop from your Download Center and transfer your database and music files if needed. In case you need to sell or give away the first laptop, you will need to uninstall the software.
