My new employer is purchasing the latest ipad for me to learn on and support our sales staff, which are heavy ipad users.
This is my first Apple product, I'm totally ignorant.
My query for all you cool cats is this: What are some of the cool tools and toys you're using on your ipad? DJ stuff, video stuff, effects, or anything that you find useful in our world.
I realize I'm being a bit lazy but my knowledge is limited and I'm slammed at the new job right now.

Vevo - all the latest MVs available
iTunes remote - apple app that remotely controls iTunes. I often use for smaller parties that I don't mix at
Tunemark - you can set it up to receive VDJ streaming audio for a second system
Dropbox - store anything, contracts, pics, etc. Like a thumb drive that is always with you
PocketCam - steam the iPads video wirelessly back to your PC as if it were a web cam. For use in VDJ

PayPal Here - Get a free credit card reader and take your payments!!
Unixtime - gets Epoch times for Scroll text countdowns
iNet - network scanner - looks for open ports too
LogMonitor - troubleshoot app issues
Jaadu RDP - Uses Windows Remote Desktop (no client to install) to really control VDJ the right way. when you log in, it locks yours guests out!
I could go on WAY more about setup, etc about all the right ways to set things up and best utilize cloud services too. I have an iPad 4 also if you get stuck
Skype is nice. I also like "Verizon Messages" (available on wifi models too), it links my iPad to the same messages account as my phone and syncs all the text messages. So I can see my whole conversation on my phone or tablet and continue the conversation on either device as if it were all coming from only my mobile phone number.

Well if you're a producer as well as a DJ you can purchase FL Studio mobile. Also you can buy hardware for the iPad so that you can DJ with the music on your iPad from iTunes.
