That's the MIXDECK quad, not the MIXTRACK quad

The Mixdeck Quad gets my seal of approval. I only wish the crossfader was better, not sure if it can be replaced with an innofader or not yet. Also the jogs, there good but get loose as time goes by. Not sure if they can be tightened up or if that is something I have to send back to Minsk for them to do.

Thanks, fellas. But I'm not really interested into going into cdj-style controllers yet. And if I were, I'd go for Pioneer. Numark's cdj's look weird.
It's understandable that you'd get them mixed up. The Mixtrack quad is really new. It came out a few months ago; I started seeing videos of Musikmesse 2013 about some pretty cool products from Numark, and the Mixtrack Quad was one of them.

hi there, i am having trouble with my mixdeck quad while using my computer and VDJ pro 7.
when i go to cue music on one deck while the other is playing, one i hit the headphone button again to unselect that deck i loose the sound to my main speakers and it wont return untill i turn it on again. ive found a few setting mistakes that i have corrected for issues of decks being linked to one volume slider for some reason but the cue is very important to get running.

Does that issue happen with the actual version ( 7.4.1) of VDJ? Please check under Config/ Info

cannot get the headphones to work with my MixTRACK quad and would like to know what the configuration is to make that happen. I am using 7.4.2 pro thank you

The Audio configuration should be :
Inputs :None
Outputs : Headphones
Sound card : 4out (or 4.1) and choose the Numark Audio device from the right list.
Make sure the Numark sound card is not the default sound card of your Operating System.
In case your Operating system hasnt properly detected 4 channels , force the Quadrophonic (4 speakers) mode ... http://www.virtualdj.com/wiki/Pre-listening%20with%20headphones%20with%20Sound%20cards%20without%20ASIO%20drivers.html
