Can you explain this better, I'm confused.

OK THE CLIPBANK PLUGIN ALLOWS ME TO LOAD VIDEO CLIPS FOR WHEN I USE MP'3 VS VIDEOS SO THERE IS NO BLANK SCREEN WHEN THE VIDEO CHANGES FROM TO MP3 AND CLIPBANK IS ACTIVATED THE SHADOW DANCER CLIPS I LOAD IN BLINK AND WON'T STOP BLINKING ON THE SCREEN ITS NO MATTER WHAT I LOAD INTO THE CLIP BANK IT FLASHES ON THE SCREEN CAN'T GET IT TO STOP

Got it, and you can release the cap lock. Good news and bad news. I had a similar problem, with my text plug ins. I never found out the problem, as it was time to rebuild the computer anyway. I replaced everything, and put those components, into another case. I will test tomorrow, to see if the issue is still there. What OS are you using? Does this happen when you use any of the text plug ins? Reinstall the clipbank plug in.

OK, I hooked up the old computer, and it was the titler that was blinking. The clipbank did not. I remember that I had made some changes to my machine, but could not remember what they were. I also remember asking the forum, and did not get any resolution. As I said, it made me upgrade my components sooner than I planned. I have a desktop, not a laptop. Maybe someone else has a solution.

Just tried repair, and an full install, and no change. So, I believe it was a change I made in Windows. Did you make any changes to your machine?

I also want to clarify, that this is happening on my last computer build, which was over six years old, running XP, and still runs video perfectly. Only the titler blinks when I use it. The reason for the re-build, was to try to keep up with technology, and I like to build my own. My C drive was full, and slowing the machine down, that is why I tried to remove stuff, and obviously, removed too much. My new build is a beast.

Forgot about that, great suggestion. However, shadow dancers are long clips, so did not put that together.

If it is not in loop mode, it will only stop at the end of the clip. He says that the clip is flashing, if I understand him correctly.

Yes and you may get the flashing also or a blank screen, so the "loop" setting should be used in all clips to prevent this from happening...

I wouldn't even waste my time with the clipbank, just download Essential Media and call it good...... But since I got Resolume they both are a waste now. Guess it depends on what you wanna do though.........

A simple process of elimination will find your fault, if you haven't already started one, after each, check clipbank.

Is DX9 up to date, uninstall and reinstall clipbank, until fault is found do not use random clipbank.

Have you introduced any new software lately, temporarily uninstall if you have.

Check you haven't accidently removed specific codecs for your video files.

You have multiple drives, only use the drive that your clipbanks are stored on, if it works ok with this drive keep adding your other drives until fault occurs. While doing this check and replace usb cables. Also make sure usb hub is not connected.

Personally I'd convert one video file to another format and test and see what results you get.

As far as I know Essential media, although a nice bit of kit I believe is not a free plugin, you'll have to pay to use it, (xx dollars) hope I'm wrong, I'm sure one of the guys will correct me if I am though.

Personnally I'd hang fire buying any plugin until V8 is released no matter how long it takes, no one knows what goodies we are gonna get until then.

Let us know how you progress.

Damn, just tried it, unfortunately after installing every 20 seconds or so Pangolin logo fills screen for a few seconds buggering up visuals.

Noticed this to late after installing plugin...

(Note that Essential MEDIA is a free upgrade and replacement for our previous plugin, Essential Flash.) so looks like a paid for plugin. Damn again... lol.

Hope I'm wrong, Huey if you can tell me where I'm going wrong. Cheers.

Update, there is a buy button but only shows on the skin after installing, but this is not pointed out when initially downloading plugin that you have to purchase to loose interuption at 20 seconds for advert interval, also does not inform users of what the cost will be... damn, again.

Well I see what your trying to do there but ain't got time for that game, guess I was wrong.

Either way I wouldn't waste my time with clipbank.

Tayla you are correct, the Essential Media plugin sample is free, but if you want the no logo version, it cost $49.00. I believe that is what I paid for it. It has many more options than the clipbank.
