hello,

I have a Hercules MK4 with the original instalation CD and virtual dj dc edition.
I only have a problem.
if I do the installation of the DJ console via the CD installs that are not somehow.
he installs or just the main system of Hercules.
but when he goes hercules devices look that he is looking on, he gives to drivers Installing this may take several minutes.
and then he suddenly pops out.
maybe someone who has a working driver files from c :/ windows/systeem32/drivers for me?
so I can just install drivers via PC via search him?
or someone has another solution?
I have a Windows 8 PC from HP!

Yes I Know but thats the problem.
That's dousnt work....
 
There could be a problem if you are installing with 3.0 usb port.Try the installation with 2.0 usb port. See if that helps.
 
i have no 3.0 usb port.
so i hope anybody wil send all the drivers files to me with the e-mail?
 
 
yes i know how it works...
but that dousnt word on my pc...
he pops out when he instal the drivers...
 
You should really be discussing this with Hercules support, not here.
 
ok , I have had them both the rmx and mk4 and ten other. first thing is first get a new usb cable. the drivers work fine as im using them right now on windows 8. The cheap cables I had gave me the same thing. now unplug it from that usb and stick it right into the computer not through a extension or a hub.. for the set up. now open the Hercules site and then go to down loads and then load the new version and set up the file to save as. It will run and save it to down loads , trust the program as it needs the authorization. now let it load , you might have to remove the version you loaded before and start fresh.. Now in the install it will ask you to plug it in half way to set it up. do it! now in the lower corner you will see a turn table next to the time and the set up. now go into that and open the dj logo and set the setting in the program to asio , not close it and open virtual dj... I will check back later to see how it went . print this and follow step by step.
