i have just bought a ddj we go controller that cam with o disc just the unit. i use virtual dj pro however on sound setup its not picking up the device please someone help

This is possibly because you are using an out-of-date version of Full VirtualDJ Pro.
Please register your Pro serial number to your account http://www.virtualdj.com/users/edit.html and then download the latest version from the Download Center: http://www.virtualdj.com/download/updates.html
If you have not purchased VirtualDJ Pro then please support the software and its future development by purchasing it: http://www.virtualdj.com/buy/index.html (Especially if you are working DJ and are making money as a result of using it at your gigs.)
The DDJ-WeGO comes with a serial for VirtualDJ LE and is on a sticker on the bottom of the unit. Regiser the serial number using the link above and download the LE software. (Providing that it's not second hand and has not already been used.)
Also, if you need to purchase the Full VirtualDJ Pro then the LE serial number will entitle you to a discount off the cost of upgrading.
(Again, providing that it's not second hand and has not already been used.)
