Topic: hi pitch while running 4 decks

Dieses Thema ist veraltet und kann veraltete oder falsche Informationen enthalten.

I run the djio sound card to 2 channels on my mixer. when i ran 2 cards i could run 4 virtual decks till i started getting a high pitched noise. went to djio all was good. tuesday night i tried it again, 2 decks good 4 decks squeal. tried all tweaks. i can run 2 decks a 2ms latency no probs. but no amount of correction can run 4 decks correctly. Any ideas?

Make sure both sound cards are at the same bit/sample rate.

Licensing is fine. I have tried to register every numark or atomix product I own, here without success. Anyway, everything was fine like I said until I tried 4 virtual decks. I have a software issue, not a licensing issue.

If that is the case, please contact support to get these issues resolved so that you can download the latest and future versions as well as add-ons that licensed users are entitled to: http://www.virtualdj.com/contact/index.html (NOTE: If these products are second hand and have already been registered then they can't be registered to you. Licenses are not transferable.)

Either VirtualDJ Pro Basic or the full Professional is required to be able to use separate deck outputs to an external mixer: http://www.virtualdj.com/buy/index.html

The DJIO is a 4-out (2 stereo) sound card, so cannot be used to output 4 decks unless you are using it in master/headphones configuration. For separate 4 deck output, you will need an 8-out (4 stereo) sound card. This needs to also support and be configured for 16-bit 44Khz because advanced sound configuration must be used for separate 4 deck output and this does not currently support 48Khz.

Information on how to correctly configure the DJIO for either master/headphones or separate 2 deck output can be found on the following page: http://www.virtualdj.com/wiki/DJIO.html
