Hey whats up guys.
Im having a bit of trouble and I know yall can help me out. Im new and im sure this is a fairly common question, but im having trouble with it anyhow.
I have virtual DJ 7 and a Numark Mixtrack (not pro, just standard). I just bought a THX soundblaster external soundcard and yet I still cannot cue!
Im running Mac OS X version 10.6.8.
When i go to config it says that it sees my soundcard but i still only get sound out of the headphone output. no line in or line out.
Could this be because I am running mac software, not PC?

Did this software come with the controller, if so why not register it? If it did not come with the controller that may be your problem. Each controller comes with it's own limited edition software, that only works with that controller. Unless that soundcard has issues with a MAC, which I cannot help you with.

You need to upgrade to VDJ PRO to take advantage of this kind of advanced sound setup.
Since you already have V7 LE with Mixtrack, you are entitled to a nice discount upgrading to VDJ PRO

The Limited Edition of VirtualDJ (LE) which comes with the Mixtrack device, allows you to use any usb sound card to connect speakers and headphones.
If your USB sound card provides 2 separate sound outputs, you need to connect both speakers and headphones to the same USB sound card.
Combining 2 sound cards (one for speakers and one for headphones) is most likely not supported in the LE version, but you can check what's available in the Sound cards option in Sound Setup of VirtualDJ
Please provide a link of the Sound card you purchased to instruct you further.
