Just picked up a NS6 and am using it with two decks. I have Deck 1 set to L and Deck 2 set to R on the front of the NS6. All is good, except when I move the cross-fader to either the left or right while djing, the volume of the track goes up SIGNIFICANTLY. Any ideas? Id like the volume to stay consistent if I am sliding.

Not sure what you mean, but if the crossfader is not altering the sound of the deck properly for you, there are 2 things that u need to check..
1. Adjust the Crossfader Curve using the knob on the front side of the NS6.
2. Make sure you have the proper Sound Setup and no bleeding from the Headphones channel to the Master Output Channel. http://www.virtualdj.com/wiki/NS6.html
