We are new to this program. We have gone through all the settings but the decks are not in sync with the channels. Deck 1 is playing on channel 2 and deck 2 on channel 1. Deck 1 on mixdeck express plays on channel 2 on virtual DJ and volume comes out of channel 2 on the mixdeck. IF you drag it to mixdeck 1 it plays on deck 2. Any help on what we are doing wrong would be so helpful.

Check the soundcard settings in the config menu. What do you have for outputs? Were both decks set to midi before you configured the sound set up.

What is your exact setup?
Some decks need to be set to a specific channel.
Check under the mapper configuration in the settings, you will see a box toward the top, which lets you select each deck per midi device.

press eject on the mixdeck to swap the decks
