why you need to be online at the laptop when reading forum at slow times from phone at work?
 
hmm..perhaps I confused myself. LOL Still trying to wrap my head around the whole new licensing procedure. I read where if I login one place it will logout another place. Before I could be logged into forum on my desktop, phone, and laptop (if I wanted). I guess it just hit me that when I "sign in" with the application on the laptop to DJ with, if I login to the forum on my phone it would log me out of the VDJ application. Couldn't this be potentially an issue for those who are connected with their laptop, have an issue, log in with phone (thus logging out of laptop application), somehow lose internet with the laptop, but can't log back in to use the laptop application (thus using the VDJ application in demo mode) because they logged into the forum with their phone? Follow me or did I confuse some more? LOL

Its partly also a security thing.. say you log in to the website at a pc that's not yours, or internet cafe, and forget to log out,.. log in from own device you log out the other device.

This does not affect the software log in though, that runs independent of website log in, but same logic applies.. say you were over at a house party, logged in to the VDJ running there, and you activated your pro licence to mix there for a bit. Forgot to log out, log in at VDJ back home,and the computer at the party is logged out.
 
works really good on pc not so good on my cell phone....any thing I can try
 
Posting from my phone...cleared cache, history, etc. Closed browser reloaded went to post and yep still does it...see picture...

Looks like this on the iphone as well, but ok in landscape, also looks like forum only issue rest of site seems good.

But it is better than last night, so your tweaks are going in the right direction just not quite there yet.
 
yeah will tweak it to fit the iphone ;) just be patient
 
hey not a problem ... you guys must be so busy at the moment, and its not even in public release yet.
Works perfectly in landscape mode and pc's

The release process and peoples expectations and satisfaction levels remind me of dj'n
where in a perfect world you wish to.... please all of the people all of the time
Of course the reality is you have to be satisfied with most of the people most of the time

Norway's a man on a mission! :) Man I remember back in 2006 when he answered most of my questions before taking the jump...then I made the jump and haven't looked back. :)

Add my voice to the phone and ipad cutting off part of the screen. Not just in forums but also other areas like the skins pages. I can't see most of them and I can't even drag the page around with the new site to then see what's off screen.

Also can't zoom any more. I know you guys are obviously very busy and this is not a big priority of course, but I do hope the ability to zoom and move a page come back in time, I really don't like sites that don't have that ability.

Having said all that, I really like the new look overall!

the position of some things need to be corrected...

I liked the old dark skin...but that can be habit
 
yeah .. as said earlier, we'll tweak the forum to fit iphones too ;)
