Ok so I've been busy with v8 and loving it but...Im also bound to find the buggers also....how's this one...I'm editing cue point,so i have now two vdj windows open,correct? I have both windows upper right corner where the "X" is close to each other.I go to close the cue editor and by mistake i close vdj.the editor now stays open and locks up everything.cant open task mngr,nothing! have to force shutdown the computer.this has happen today two times.the other time I had seperated the milkdrop GUI and it stayed open and locks up as well!! no popup saying "Are you sure you want to exit VDJ?"...why?...this is gotta fixed!...and/or if we exit VDJ...so must the sub windows of editors and plugins shoul close with it.please report this guys.its a nasty one...

Doesn't happen here. I can open an editor window then close VDJ and everything closes.
The window is slightly slower to close than the main GUI but it still closes.
You'll have to give more detail about your system to see if someone can recreate the issue.

that's not the full picture.is that you dont get a warning popup that you are about to close everything...specs? I've posted the specs many times..cause I have a top of the line Alienware...but here goes...

well system running smooth...just gotta learn not to close vdj while editing...and i've fixed some of my plugins....nice...

this is still a problem.had seperated the Gui for milkdrops and forgot about it when I shut down vdj8 which strangely enough closed quickly without using the xponent's "hold button while closing" bit and I thought "wow! it got fixed!'...then I noticed the Gui still opened and would'nt close..this action should have a warning popup like "window still open"...
