Will dj io allow me to use cd decks and a 2 channel mixer to integrate with vdj?

Numark DJIO will allow you to use an external mixer (route each software deck to a channel of the mixer), but not sure what you mean by cd decks

The DJIO only has outputs, so you won't be able to control VDJ from timecode played on CD decks, if that's what you're asking.
To do that you'll need something like a MAYA44 with two stereo inputs and two stereo outputs.

Ok so DJIO is basically just an external sound card? Im trying to use some older American audio CDI300MP3 decks with a numark mixer as a timecode setup. I had it working with serato but got away from serato and sold the scratch live interface.

Yes it's an external sound card (audio interface would be more accurate, as it's not just a PCB), but more importantly it only has outputs.
To use timecode you need an interface with inputs (to get the timecode signal into the computer) and outputs (to play back the audio).
