I have a herecules console rmx and last week when windows 8.1 came out, it started to give me a bunch of problems. I receive the skin error in the XML. So i deleted the drivers and reinstalled. However I cannot find the software CD. Is there anyway i can get the vdj5 LE software for the Herecules Console Rmx?

My hercules console works only for a while than I get a message saying I must buy a lances for the control. This new virtual 8 is confusing and sound is never clear at all...

thats because you have not logged in with your Pro account. On launch a Login window should appear and you will need to use the username (login) and password of your virtualdj.com Pro account. If not, you can do that in Config->Licenses tab as well.

You will need the serial of the VirtualDJ Le version that came with your controller. Usually its on the sleeve of the LE Disc. If you cant find that, please contact support http://www.virtualdj.com/team/index.html for alternatives.
